    Cool Should I bulk or cut?

    Current body measurements:
    170 pounds
    6” foot
    14% body fat
    Not sure whever I should bulk or cut need some help and suggestions new to this site.
    Compound PB’s:90kg bench
    90kg deadlift
    80kg squat

    Do you want to add more muscle/strength? Then bulk. Do you want to lean out some more? Cut. With those numbers I would say you should probably bulk, there is pretty much no reason you should be benching as much/more than you deadlift or squat.
