What gym machine/exercise is best to build forearm strength? I’m a complete rookie, on the hunt for tips here and there

    Forearm strength or size?
Usually when your talking about forearm strength your talking about grip strength.
Forearm size can be had by doing the basic wrist curl and wrist extension for reps.
Sets of 10-20 reps will help build up the flexors and extensors of the forearms.
Do them strictly and let the bar on wrist curls roll down to the finger tips and roll back up curling to a full contraction.
I like using the wrist roller as in the video above as a finisher.
Take note like any other muscle your structure will also be a factor.
A long forearm from will be harder to develop that bowling pin forearm look but you can still build muscular looking forearms.
Focus on them and train them 2-3 times a week with different movements.
    Good luck.

If you have the mental wherewithall to endure discomfort, nothing trumps this exercise: https://www.t-nation.com/training/ti...rength-builder
It is no measure of health to be well adjusted to a profoundly sick society.

It's easy to not be afraid of tigers when you're sitting in your living room watching a television program about tigers. When you're in the jungle where the tigers are, it's quite a different story.

You can use fat foam/rubber barbell grips for some of the exercises you're currently doing.
