Just a Longboi tryna make some gains. I used to log my training here a few years ago just got out of the habit of doing so. I suffered a left pec rupture about 2.5 years ago and have been on the rebuild ever since surgery.
Current (post pec surgery) best competition lifts are:
Squat 252.5kg (556lbs)
Paused Bench 152.5kg (335lbs)
Deadlift 310kg (682lbs)
BW 114kg (251lbs)
