A split workout routine for 4x a week only for hypertrophy/aesthetics?

I started doing phrak's gslp 3 months ago. Added some accessory but i get fatigued now easily cause i have to hit every muscle every workout. Thats 3x a week. Whats a good split for 4x a week? Something for aesthetics since I don't care much about strength.

Split is the least import part of programming

You could easily run upper lower, push pull, full body

Fierce 5 U/L. The body comp changes I saw while running it were great.

If the total workload is the same, it should feel about the same - unless you are trying to fit it in to less days.

You shouldn't need more than the 3 days of a typical novice routine if you are still a novice.

If you're still a beginner i'd run the Fierce 5 beginner program.

fierce 5 sucks. many many people stall too easily on it. just do stronglifts 5x5 or starting strength if your a beginner.

My body and many others (just look above your post at Anthony) says otherwise.

Although I agree stronglifts and starting strength are also great programs. Fierce 5 is one of the most indepth and planned programs I have seen and fits in great with scientific backing.

"Fierce 5 progresses too quickly. Do a program that progresses more quickly."
I can tell time. Time cannot tell me.

Both are great neither are better then the other. It depends on the individual, starting strength is very quick progression a lot quicker then fierce 5.

If you select the right starting weight and start out light you shouldn't be stalling too quickly. An issue may be that the individual picks too heavy of a starting weight and thus it results in a quick stall.

I've enjoyed Fierce 5 U/L a lot. The only reason I'm not currently running it is due to me wanting to focus on strength in my training, while also adding in a hypertrophy aspect, thus why I'm running 5/3/1.

Fierce 5 was great for me in terms of an improvement to my body composition. It's the best it's been and i'm 33 years old so i'm not getting any younger.

Are there other programs that the OP can look into as a beginner? Sure there is and it's great he has many options. Fierce 5 is definitely one of those great options for anyone to consider.
