Exclamation Help to chose best products

    Hello guys.
I'm a footballer working out 4 times a week and playing match 1-2 times per week also i am working at nights as a bartender meaning that my diet is the best . I need help to choose alternate supplements than the ones i'm using right now cause there are more and better options on this site.

So the ones i've been using are :

BCAA - Warrior lab / nutrend BCAA capsules (3 before - 3 after)

multivitamins - Warrior lab multivitamins ( 2 per day )

protein - Nutrend After Training protein (2 scoops after)

    Carnitine - Nutrend liquid caritine ( 30min before )

i was thinking of switching to:

ON Opti-Men multivitamins as i think it's an overall complete package and will help me more starting the day and have more energy.
For BCAA i was thinking of buying the Evevolution BCAA 5000 capsules

I can't decide on what protein to pick cause i don't know which one will be better thatn the one i'm currently using due to the fact that nutrend's even has an amount of glutamine in it . The only one that's tempting is Pro Jym protein powder
and for carnitine i don't know if it's the best product to burn fat and cut some weight but mainly fat. ( i know all about meals food etc you are going to tell me but some times it's not even possible to follow a diet)

    Suggestions ?

    Way overthinking it.
I'd opt out of everything you are taking except the protein.
And simply go for a protein from a reputable brand that fits your budget, flavor preference, and texture/type (Casein, Iso, Plant, Blend, etc)
So best is subjective in this case; But Muscletech here has an array of flavors that fit your budget

As for "fat burner", I tend to stick with caffeine + Yohimbine (start at a lower dosage and see if it works for you)
I would avoid relying on this until you are consistent with your workout & diet regime.

    Creatine- buy a creapure product
    Protein- from a quality brand
    multi- get Orange Triad

Lose the BCAAs and carnitine all together. Football and bar tending doesn't mean you can't have an adequate diet. All that means is you're not planning accordingly. There's always a way.
Supplement a good diet: don't diet on supplements.

If you're still not, you're doing it wrong. Fix that problem. Healthy people should not supplement free-form aminos for any reason. Meet your macro.

multivitamins - Warrior lab multivitamins ( 2 per day ) - It's fine if you like it. There are plenty of options out there, but would not move to opti-men.

protein - Nutrend After Training protein (2 scoops after) - As Kowean said, if it fits your budget and you like the taste, then cool. It's just powdered food. You don't need to use it at specific times. Use if needed in a given day and when convenient. Nutrient timing isn't relevant to the vast majority of people.

    Carnitine - Nutrend liquid caritine ( 30min before ) - Don't waste your money.

( i know all about meals food etc you are going to tell me but some times it's not even possible to follow a diet) - Glutamine is the same as the BCAAs. Don't waste your money on free-form aminos. Glutamine is one of the most abundant aminos in food. Meet macro, get plenty. There is no reason to switch protein powders to something unless it better fits your budget and you like the taste better. It's all just powdered food in the end.

I'll let you decide on which multi, but at least find the multivitamin with chelated versions of each vitamin. For example, choose a multi with Zinc Gluconate vs Zinc Oxide, or Magnesium Glycinate vs Magnesium Oxide. Like others have said, Orange Triad is great, but also Animal Pak and LEF are great.
