    Fruits and veggies

    So I have a blender. I bought blueberries, raspberries and black berries . Also I throw in kale and spinach to the blend. I was wondering when I blend this not good tasting blend when should I drink it to most benefit my building? Should I dip some every day or before and after workouts. Other than natural berry sugar everything I eat or drink is organic non flavored or sweetened. My post workout is blended whey, black rasp and blue berries with flounder and oatmeal and milk creatine and electrolyte water. Advice and times on a blender meal schedule?
