Not happy at all with the slow down in the last two weeks. I was hoping I would be able to maintain the pace I had been going. I'm going to be laser focused on weighing and tracking my food intake this week. But at least it's a loss, just not what I wanted.

Pretty slow week only 0.5kg down, hopefully will catch up next week. I think

Switched my routine this week, now doing an upper / lower split and have been doing more compound movements, getting better upper body strength gains now I'm benching and shoulder pressing twice a week.

Feeling seriously bloated the last few days so maybe I'll drop more after i become regular again haha. Sticking to 1800Kcal and 150g of protein, going to ramp up my fiber from carbs though.

    Lost 0.9kg / 2lbs this week.
Diet was on point this week. Didn't over eat on the weekends. And the results are here to see. I am losing size now. One of my old shorts was tight around the thighs just a month back. Now it slides down easily. I thought it was due to my quads. Turns out most of it is fat. Lol.

1.1 lb loss this week, my weight loss has been linear but just a little slower than I would have liked. There are some encouraging signs, this is the leanest I've been at this body weight, the numbers I'm hitting in the gym are still increasing and my energy levels still feel good.

I'm going to keep things the same for another week and then the final 3 I'll probably drop calories and increase cardio for the remainder of the diet.

    Average marcos for last week:
    Training day P193 C250 F50 2,316 cals
    Non-training day P201 C150 F91 2,345 cals

    This week's training and activity
    PPL split x2 per week
    15k steps per day
1,200 calories from cardio per week

    Macros goals
    Training day P200 C250 F54
    Non-training day P200 C150 F90

    Starting weight: 89.6 kg/197.5 lbs
    Goal Weight: 83 kg/183 lbs

0.8kg loss this week, happy with this as I've made some strength gains this week, including upping my squat by 15kg.

Looking on track for my 110kg goal at the end of October.... although today is my fortnightly cheat day lol

I am noticing how much leaner I am looking in the mirror and I can really start seeing some definition coming through even at my weight. Going hard at the gym I think has definitely helped.

Side accomplishments that are actually a bigger deal then the scale this week:
    - I finally quit smoking! 7 days today smoke free!
    - Quit casual drinking

I am really proud of myself that I did not overeat while quitting smoking. So all in all, my mood is high this week, and I hope I can keep progress up for the next few weeks. My goal might not be as attainable as I thought, but I think I can get close.

    Happy Friday Everyone!

Carb loaded a lot more this week, however kept within desired macros...My ACL injury has been really painful and went moderate on cardio this week... Energy is so so but mainly due to the fact that I have a 16 month old and lacked sleep this week lol

Down .4lb this week. Not much, but as long as its a loss, I'll take it. Lifts are up and clothes feel better. Hard for me to tell yet in the mirror, but wife says definite improvement. Hitting Costco tonight, need more chicken!

    Lost 0.3kg / 0.6lbs this week.
Not a great week. Clearly I had been proud of my progress so far and gave in. Ended up eating above maintenence on both the days in the weekend. Progress during the week was not enough to make up for the weekend shenanigans. Hope to reach 80.5kg next week.

Not a great week, but not horrible as my weekly average still dropped slightly more than a pound. I cut my cardio down from 3 days last week to only 1 day this week and it definitely shows in the results, but overall I'm still on track to hit my goal by the end of the month. I'll probably increase back to 3 days of cardio again next week to keep things moving though.

2.1 lb scale weight drop this week, pretty happy with that outcome as the previous couple of weeks I've been a little behind schedule. Also a bit of gratification for having confidence in my strategy - I've prioritised maximising my energy levels and gym performance, were in the past I would have been much more likely to lower calories and/or increase expenditure. Of course a certain level of suffering is necessary when you've got a fat loss goal, and I'm not trying to avoid this, but my lifts in the gym are still going up and I'm dropping weight on the scale week on week so I'm not going to get too hung up on just the number on the scale.

One more week keeping things the same then the final 2 perhaps I'll be more aggressive.

    Average marcos for last week:
    Training day P196 C250 F50 2,328 cals
    Non-training day P202 C146 F80 2,212 cals

    This week's training and activity
    PPL split x2 per week
    15k steps per day
1,200 calories from cardio per week

    Macros goals
    Training day P200 C250 F54
    Non-training day P200 C150 F90

Same here, no movement. Kind of bothers me just because I have been so focused on that scale number. But like you, my lifts are up and clothes fit better, so all is good. I've heard of these mythical newb gains while loosing fat, but it seems like the net should still be a loss. I dunno.

Not a bad week for me. Kind of hard tracking as my personal weigh in is on Tuesday am. (I provide weekly updates to the gym I go to and give them rights to progress pics for promotion in exchange for free memberships/supps etc). And usually have a carb load on Tuesday evening, which makes me retain water almost up to Friday. haha.

I'm still awaiting surgery for my acl injury (14 months ago) and this week, it seems as though my meniscus have had enough too... Pain was unbearable starting Monday and only did 3 days of cardio this week..Either way, 3lbs is decent and not going to complain about that.

Oof... I don't want to be too hard on myself since my strength is improving in the gym, so maybe muscle growth (doubtful)? So I am thinking maybe increase my deficit by adding more cardio (which is lacking at the moment). I am in the gym 4 days a week, so I may add cardio in at the end of those workouts, possibly add cardio for a few rest days. I'll be happy to hit 205 by week 8 at this rate, but at least I am looking/feeling way better.
