Hope everyone had a great weekend! I stayed on target for the most part this weekend, but went a little over on carbs.

I'm starting back on fierce five program this week. I used that before and really enjoyed it. Simple and effective.

Same here. It's amazing how much faster fat goes on than comes off. Along the way this time I am going to put some serious research into reverse dieting and rethink my goals. Good to have you here JohnCyr!

Pretty bad week - managed to go the weekend without cheating but then had a pretty bad day Monday.
I never really had a problem with cheating before so I think it might be time to start a bulk/maintaining since I think I’m just spinning my wheels at the moment.

    Weigh-ins will be:
    week 1-9/6: 81.1kg (-0.9kg)
    week 2-9/13: 80.7

1.4 lb scale weight drop this week, definitely the lower end of the rate of loss I'm looking for but I still have time on my side and don't want to be too aggressive prematurely, so keeping things the same this week but will almost definitely make adjustments the following week.

1,200 calories from cardio per week

    Macros goals

    Non-training day P200 C150 F90

    Starting weight: 89.6 kg/197.5 lbs

Depending on how you look at it I lost 2 pounds since Monday or 5 pounds since last Friday. Either way I’m pretty happy about this week! Keep it up everyone !!

Well, not exactly the results I'm looking for, but nothing to freak out about. Up .02 lb. Several things are going on here and this next week will shake those out:

    1. Not in a deficit. I was out of town last weekend and didn't count calories. I counted them this week, but that weekend (while not too crazy) could easily have thrown me off.

    2. My starting weight might have been off since I only started weighing the week this started.

    3. Water, sodium and fiber intake are all not what they should be. Need to pay more attention to those.

    Starting weight: 215.7 lbs
    Goal Weight: 195 lbs

That's it, just be stubborn and stick to it! I've been through this and I can say when you are truly in a deficit for a couple weeks, you will see it start to come off.

One thing I'm not going to do is cheat this weekend. Maybe I'll have a tall, frosty, chocolate protein shake and pretend it's from Chick-Fil-A, lol

Weight still the same, can't move below 110 kg for more than a month. I think i'll start walking to work again, there is no other way. Although there is some increase in strenght, so maybe I gained a litttle muscle and lost some fat (wishful thinking).

Lost 0.7kg / 1.6lbs this week. Reduced carbs this week but let myself go on a couple of days. I am almost 80% way there in terms of my target diet macros. Just need a bit more control and discipline on not snacking.

    Starting weight: 85kg/187.4lbs

Sounds to me like you're estimating... "around" and "maybe" show me that you aren't really tracking your calories at all.

You've basically been eating at maintenance for months, so obviously you're taking in too many calories.

Its late afternoon in Germany. Wanted to wish everyone a great start into the next week. Stay strong, stay focused.
I took a refeed day yesterday and went back to my usual diet today. Overcooked it a little on fat today but otherwise, I'm on track. Had a nice rest during the weekend with some good sleep and no workouts.

110 is my goal for Q1 2020. still some way to go. I’m taking 5kg steps for milestones currently. Looking at where I came from, 168kg. I would have never started if I kept my eyes on the end result... it would just be overwhelming.
So, i try and get below 160... and then below 155... and then... this keeps me from freaking out and I’m always close to hitting my next milestone.

    Good luck getting to 110!

Lost 0.7kg / 1.6lbs this week. I was disciplined this week but still unable to lose as much as I expected. I only ate carbs(mainly rice) 6 or 7 times this week. Rest was all protein and veggies. Only way next is to stop refeed/cheat day on the weekend and see what happens this week.

Only 0.9 lb loss this week, 5 weeks remaining to lose 10 lbs and reach my goal so I'll likely have to start being a little more aggressive. Although I'm not overly concerned, I had a couple of high weigh-ins this week which bumped my scale weight average up a little, and relatively speaking my calories and activity should wield the results I'm looking for so no drastic action for now. I'll be reducing my carbohydrates by 20g on training days but no changes to any other parameters.

    Average marcos for last week:
    Training day P194 C270 F50 2,380 cals
    Non-training day P201 C148 F81 2,207 cals

    This week's training and activity
    PPL split x2 per week
    15k steps per day
1,200 calories from cardio per week

    Macros goals
    Training day P200 C250 F54
    Non-training day P200 C150 F90

    Starting weight: 89.6 kg/197.5 lbs
    Goal Weight: 83 kg/183 lbs

    week 1-9/6: 88.8 kg / 195.8 lbs
    week 2-9/13: 88.2 kg / 194.4 lbs

Down 1lb this week, which is better than last week, but still less than it should be (I should be loosing much more in water weight, etc).

Nurition: I came in under my calories, but a little over in carbs and under in protein. I also started on creatine this week, so I could be holding lots of water. Added in some sweet potatoes on workout days and it feels good.

Gym: 3rd week of fierce five and man I missed this program. Simple and effective. I feel like I can handle more volume, so I might not run the whole program before switching to an intermediate, but being on a cut I might eventually appreciate the lower volume, lol
