Basic info:
4 months into lifting
147lb
5’10
Bench 135x8
Squat 225x8
Deadlift 265x4
I lift 7 days a week. I’ve been eating at maintenance or 300 deficit. Should I cut at 500-700 to 12% then lean bulk or should I lean bulk now?
Below is an image of my current progress. Please advise. Thank you.

I don't go to the gym anymore so above stats are useless.
Only do weighted calastentics in the comfort of my own home!

If you lift 7 days, chances are your routine is not challenging you. Have a look at Fierce 5 or one of the other novice routines in the sticky threads of the Workout Programs forum.
The key is to choose a routine which cranks up the difficulty every workout or at least every week. After a while of doing this, 3 days will be more than enough...

Thank you guys for the advices! My work out routine consist of bi back day (7 bi exercise, 4back), shoulder day (6 exercise), chest tri day (5 chest, 3 tri) and leg day (4-5 exercise). I focus mainly on hypertrophy and I increase the weight or reps every 2 weeks. Typically 3 sets for each exercise. I recently incorporate deadlift in shoulder day. I also do HIIT every other day and usually warm up with calisthenics. I estimate my body fat is at 15% what do you think?
