Aha, it sure is. I think I've made Molly Baz's Gochujang Chicken maybe 4 times now? It couldn't be easier, and I love a no-fuss dinner on Sundays that provide lots of leftovers for the week. The potatoes get so yummy as the schmaltz drips through from the chicken. Yum!
Actually, while I have a platform - got to say that any BA Test Kitchen recipe I've ever made by Molly, Chris, or Carla have been ridiculously delicious. Can't recommend their stuff enough!

Forgot to post my food porn from last night. 2 racks of ribs and 2 huge chicken breasts.
Smoked them in the brick oven and then entered food coma

I cooked at very low temps. 225-250ish. At the end, I bought the heat up.
One things I can say for sure, is I have never cooked chicken breast that comes out this moist. That orange stuff on the board is the juices that ran out after I cut. I had covered in paprika so it was orange rubbing as I was cutting it. I took the chicken right out at 160 and rested for about 15 min.
I normally brine chicken breast if I am going to grill to keep them moist. This is just rubbed in olive oil and seasoned on the outside.RAW lifts

Lunch at the lake.
I made what we call Chalupas: Fresh fried yellow corn tortillas, scratch refried pinto beans, scratch 80/20 beef with Mexican seasonings, scratch pico de gallo, scratch guacamole, lettuce, cheese. Brewed decaf tea. Very time consuming, but the best.
Made for a birthday party.

Yes, I make these a lot, but they are not always the same. These are made with marinated skirt steak, fresh guacamole, freshly made pinto beans cooked down, pickled jalapenos. Instead of flour tortillas, today I used yellow corn tortillas. I didn't make pico de gallo because I put tomatoes and onions in the guac.

Bump de bump!
Lunch today! Craving some wings. Been a few months since I had any good ones. Went to store and bought a big pack of fresh wings and butchered them.
My sauce is simple. 1tbs butter, red hot, and pure capsaicin extract. Use last part at your own risk. I make them hot enough that you cant stop eating them or the heat takes over. Sweat running down face, and having to stop several times to blow your nose means they are perfect!
Fries were just because. Sometimes when I am trying to drop weight, I just eat the wings. But today was not that day
