I googled what to do with leftover mince(ground beef) and eggs, the result is not
as pretty as their Scotch Eggs but they were nice and filled the cake hole

God help me, I'm posting a picture of something I cooked!
This is my vegan version of Mattar Paneer, (peas and cheese) except I used herbed organic tofu instead of fresh cheese and a 4 vegetable (corn, peas, green beans and carrots) organic mix from Costco. Goes well with rice or potatoes or naan, etc.

Had some friends over tonight after soccer. Have not used the pizze oven in some time, so I decided to fire the oven up. Made 5 pizzas.
