    Its a novelty thing, nothing more and nothing less. And who cares what the results are? Is it going to change whatever your goals are if a machine says you're at 15% or 20% or 25%?
    All it takes is consistency, effort, proper nutrition, good programming, and TIME.

    Not too accurate unfortunately.... likely +/– 5% or something in that vein despite what they claim.

    I firmly believe these kinds of tests add nothing to your diet and training methods. I've had various done including immersion testing, BIA, 7 point caliper. I only care about weight trend and how much ab definition I can see (and strength levels of course).

    Mirror, tape measure and to some degree a scale are the best tools. I remember a friend I hadn't seen in a few years said he was down to 8% via DEXA and when he showed up he was 15% minimum. Don't waste your money. Go buy protein with the money
