Saw this in an instagram post, lady was setting up her gym outfitted with Bells of Steel equipment. The belt squat looked incredibly familair, similair design to the DIY version we saw made of wood a while back. Got on their site and sure enough they have a $699 belt squat machine SHIPPED! Very interesting, you lose the weight storage of the Titan, but you have a different load option the arm (side or upright), additional height options, possibly better ROM, band pegs, and it comes WITH a belt. Might be a decent option for the Titan 'hater' fanbois!

Yes, similair to the Titan Belt Squat you can adjust the safety height and start at the top of the motion. It's a nice looking machine, the bushing setup on it looks VERY nice.
Edit: Only potential issue I see after watching the vid, is that the arm seems a hair short. The one guy's face got pretty close to the handle bar, or maybe it's just me?Last edited by urbanlifter; 08-28-2019 at 03:51 PM.

I've used these guys before and they are hit or miss. And shipped using means a pickup at a delivery depot (which is an experience in itself!).

Buying something like that is a gamble without being able to try it out first.
It may look good in pictures but not feel right once you use it.
Ive done both where I've bought something that has turned out to be crap and other things that worked out well.
$700 dollars is a lot of money to go with a picture of the product and buy.
And from the other comment dealing with the company could be a red light.

Unless you buy from DSG and test it out first, every purchase is a roll of the dice. Might save up twice as much money to dislike an even more expensive piece of equipment. After watching the test video it does look a bit odd, but it's hard to tell whether its the machine or the dude being awkward. Maybe his first time using one?

Not sure if it's the guys in the video or what but it makes it look like the ROM is for crap. Not sure you want quarter squats on your video to sell your product. Also doesn't help the first guy was moving his hands to try and find a comfortable spot. Massive fail on the video
