    against appetite, cravings, losing weight...

Hey there, 6'0 36 years old male 280lbs here.

So I got myself a high quality protein isolate, some multivitamins and energy bars, all bought at my local nutrition center. I like those products, except the bars that are a bit too high in sugar. Nevertheless, all I want at this point is just stop the cravings, I have followed some advice already like drinking more water and stuff, but it is like my body computes my calories intake and makes me eat whenever it is not hitting at least 2200 calories a day. I am pissed. I feel like I am a drug addict in need for foods. I would like to comfortably eat just 1500 calories a day and be fine with it until I reach my desired weight of about 180. So I basically want to lose 100lbs. I don't have the lifestyle to ensure a long diet, I do my little workout and I sit in front of my computer, ALL DAY. xD I need a supplement or something that will get me rid of that food cravings. So before I start crying please help me.

    Thanks.

Smaller meals spaced out throughout the day should help.

Interesting. I tried a good snack from time to time and it gave me relative success. It did not last. The problem is it adds up very quickly. One Sandwich already gives 400-500 calories. Ain't gonna survive with three sandwiches a day. Also my brain/body seem to learn against my diet in order to make me eat 2000+ calories and I still look like Homer Simpson.

2000 calories is a lot of food. I can eat 6 time a day on that amount of calories with no problems

Funny I was about to ask you the same, because 2000 divided by 6 equals 333 calories. I don't know what you eat that satisfies you under 350 calories but my protein meal bar is already over 340 calories. Today I ate a few protein bars, perhaps 5 or 6, two whey protein shake, one banana, one vegetable soup with 2 breads.... and I am trying not to eat! But BAM! I am well over 2000 calories already.

Op...find foods that are filling and low in calories. When I feel like snacking my go to food is baby carrots. 35 calories to a small bag (like 4x4 inch bag).

Drink one and a half glass water before eating anything. Try to get full when you eat meals by reducing fats and increasing proteins.

    That worked for me.

I eat about 40 to 55 grams of fat a day. 175g protien. Rest is carbs and I’m at 2100 calories.

Last night I had 300 calories left over. I was stuffed. So I made a shake and downed it.
    **^^ gone ^^**

Yes that is a lifestyle diet. I will not be happy with it, because I want to eat junk food sometimes, I need a pizza, I need french fries, what can I do? I'd be a happy man if I could find the will to eat what's on your list. But it is not something I want in my dishes, sadly.

    Any pills?

There is no one size fits all ... , but you may want to try Keto. If you can sustain it, it may work out in your favor.

Ok thanks for that I will try to learn more about this.

Today I went to my nutrition center and he recommended me a snack that allowed me to stay below 1700 calories. triple w dot middaysquares.com
I got the sample for free now the problem is I want to buy some and it is a little on the expensive side. Is there any alternative that would be as effective? Would just organic dark chocolate with good fibers produce the same positive effect?
