Hello guys, just a quick question.
Sometimes I can inflate my belly which takes out part of the look on the abs, and look "fatter" than usual. How do you reduce bloating?

Eliminate sugars products, alcohol especially beer, junk food etc... They are bad and not recommended in your diet. Drink lots of water, then you will pee a lot and next day you will be much leaner. Eat antioxidants food and drink green tea or coffee. Some foods are also really slow in digesting, so you need much more time to digest it and you will feel bloated.
