My right arm started to get smaller after rotator cuff injury?

So a couple years back I hurt my right rotator cuff and was not able to lift weights at all (at least upper body work) for 2-3 months. After that I continued to lift weights and after a few months I noticed that my right arm now is a bit smaller than my left (both biceps and triceps, my right biceps has more peak although a bit smaller).

They used to be exactly same size and I am right handed, if anything my left arm should be smaller. Could this possibly because of past history of shoulder injury?

You have an issue take care of it.
See a chiropractor or physical therapist to get past it.
Yes injuries can cause disruptions in muscle growth.

I did. and I recovered. Told you it was a 2-3 months rehab. I can dumbbell curl or do dumbbell tricep ext with my right arm with the same weight as my left arm. No discomfort whatsoever. But the growth seems to be lacking from this past injury.
