I know it's the rules but I think it's pretty retarded to get a yellow for celebrating with you OWN fans
imo they should be more strict when it comes to provoking OPPOSING fans and more lenient for stuff like in the final below
can't stand it when a team scores and they ostentatiously come and "celebrate" before the opposing fans
I understand if it's a player that got verbally abused an entire game or something like that but I notice it becomes pretty routine nowadays smh

Ridiculous game Ars-Newcastle
Brilliant game actually which shouldve ended 0-0. Two most robust teams in the league.
Newcastle incorporated all the most physical traits a team can use on and off the ball the impose themselves. When it didnt work then did a bit more (a few Wilson incidents, Bruno) - and the refs couldnt clamp down on that. Then to top it off they get a ludicrous VAR call.
No wonder Arteta lost his chit

We were ROBBED. That ball was out. Fcking out! How on Earth did the game continue to the point of a goal after that? And the foul as well without which the ball would have been cleared out of the goal mouth.
You just can't trust the clubs owned by the Arabian Peninsula. Definitely bending rules in their favour. I bet over the coming years, probes into both VAR and FFP will dig up real dirt on the entities behind the clubs.
Qatar definitely bought that World Cup, Saudi for 2034, too.
I feel sorry for Rice. His playing has been phenomenal and he didn't deserve to be a on losing side last night. And also, Havertz is utter CHIT. WTF was the rationale behind buying that Chelsea reject?Last edited by Bodhy; 11-05-2023 at 03:03 AM.
Back off, Warchild.
Seriously.

it's been that way for like a decade though, ever since they changed the format to turn it into a popularity contest and looking at prizes the player's team won that season instead of their individual performances
else Messi probably would've won it like 8 times out of 10 for a decade straight, because individually he was by far the most influential player for the past 10 maybe 15 yearsLast edited by tehgosu; 11-05-2023 at 03:21 AM.

Havertz was actually good yesterday. But thats besides the point.
Maybe other top teams can say similar, but besides CL, not a single one of Arsenals draws & losses didnt have VAR drama. Maybe vs fulham.
Cant remember a time they lost because they were the worse team in those draws/losses
How is that possible?

relegation will be hard to avoid
playdown with last 4 (out of 16), 2 direct relegated, 1 play-off spot with 3rd from second division
so yeah it's not looking good lol
but who even cares, SRS
since I've been going relegated FOUR times already (one was actually celebrated since it was only a relegation and not a bankruptcy lol)
also experienced FOUR titles in lower division (+ a play-off win)
it's never dull that way+++ miscin' at work crew +++

yeah it was a big point for sure and everything is still lumped together in the standing so there's no man overboard
but lack of quality, no financial power, lots of injuries, new coach (just signed today, Besnik Hasi, don't even know what to think of it tbh) and a new competition format with 2-3 teams going down...
wouldn't bet on staying up tbh lol
also kicked out of the cup by a mediocre team from 3rd division fml+++ miscin' at work crew +++

- they're for sale
- they play in an absolutely poverty tier GOVERNMENT OWNED stadium (just lol)
- only actual peasants support them
if you really look at it Genk is a better example but since they're (the last remaining) VZW the taxes are coming after them hard now lmfao, all other clubs are NV by now I believe+++ miscin' at work crew +++

The guy has been the FIFA golden boy his entire career.
He should've won 4 B'Dors max.
2010 was Iniestas
2015 was very debatable Neymar
2019 was Van Dijk
2021 was Lewa
2023 was Halaand
FIFA has proven to be an absolute joke of an organization in the last 15 years, rotting with corruption and bias.300 Forever

you should know by now idgaf about the national team but besides Onana they're all born and raised here so not even sure what you're getting at
I respect them more for at least representing Belgium, there are others that choose to represent the chithole their (grand)parents escaped from since that's "the country of their heart" for some reason lmfao (f.e. the entire Morocco squad)
also not everyone was dressed like a clown, there are some normal brahs among them
