    wrist strain a week ago, wut do?

    Cliffs:
    - Injured right wrist by putting dumbbells back on rack from DB press (not from actually pressing).
    - Ulnar flexion hurts, but pressing/rowing is fine.
    - Played it safe and haven't been lifting for the past week.
    - Pain is very minor, but still significant enough where I think it'll get worse if I strain it more.
    - Not really getting better.

    Time to see a GP/physio or no?
