Is it too much to consume Casein before bed and a whey isolate after workout every day, one scoop each shake mixed with skim milk.
Of course my diet is in check eating about 200g of protein per day and maybe more to promote more satiety, eating while grain carbs and keeping calories in check and eating veggies every day as well as fruits.
Currently my supplements are:
Preworkout
Creatine monohydrate
Whey protein
Casein
Multivitamin
Zma
Omega 3s
Is it too much to drink 2 protein shakes per day ( one scoop each)?
Preworkout is really expensive and is it maybe better to just buy unflavoured beta alanine and citrulline malate and mix it with some low calorie juice and down that with a caffeine pill or is it better to stay with the current preworkout with caffeine, citrulline malate, beta alanine and a million other supplements which are probably complete bull**** to begin with in low doses?
Multivitamin is good for overall health as well as omega 3s but is zma necessary??
Should i take melatonin to add my sleep because i can't sleep that well sometimes.

Use as many scoops of protein as you want, it isn't much different than whole food protein sources. ZMA is not necessary at all and you could argue that if your diet is on point neither is a multi vitamin but that's up to you. You could opt to keep it simple with a caffeine pill and a few bulk ingredients but there are some pre workouts that are fairly cost efficient i.e. Controlled Labs White Warped and BB.com Signature Pre Workout
My secret? Texting between sets.
