    Question about protein powder

    Hi !
I would like to know your opinion about product and dosage , because Im fresh in this industry.

I bought this protein powder (BioTechUSA) , it comes together with creatine.

    1 serving size contains

24 g of protein and 1480 mg of micronized creatine monohydrate.

So my question is : if Im taking avg. 3-4 servings daily , it will not be too much creatine for my body and can it do some harm ?

I will appreciate all answers and opinions .
    Thanks in advance !

Use protein powder as needed to supplement your regular/whole food diet in order to meet your daily protein macro/goal.

I wouldn't buy protein with creatine in it, they are two different things whose intake should be independently controlled, I see only negatives from putting creatine into a protein powder.

That said, even at 3-4 servings a day, you're fine...that's only 4.5-6 grams of creatine, which is pretty much spot on. Maybe a tad high depending on your bodyweight but it's fine, just don't bother taking any other supplemental creatine.

According to one opinion, Creatine can be consumed with accumulation in the body. The dosage is calculated by body weight. Initially, a larger volume is taken, then the portion is reduced. After that, you should take a break, as the additive ceases to work effectively.
