im actually following a carnivore diet and was interested to see how a probiotic would help/hurt. Very interested!

This would be an amazing test to see what works for me and what doesn't. Having IBS isn't the funnest, and have been using Doctor's best Betaine HCL product to help digest protein. I've noticed a huge improvement in bowel movements by adding a capsule of that to breakfast, and am extremely thankful for that.
With that said, would love to see how / if Ginger root powder and probiotics help with digestion. It's easy to tell if something like this works solely based on bloat / gas / bowel movements.Gym Lifts / Competition Lifts (Raw, kg)

Squat: 182.5 / 175
Deadlift: 235 / 225
