It's been forever and a day since i've been on here.
Switched up my workouts big time but have now started going back to a traditional gym.
Posting my workouts always seemed to help keep me accountable and keep track of progress or lack there of.
So today's workout (my 2nd back in a regular gym lol)
flat bench chest flyes
15lbs x 12 x 3
flat bench db chest press
20lbs x 12 x 3
1 set of 15 push ups
skullcrushers with ez
20lbs x 15 x 3
tri pushdown with rope
20lbs x 15 x 3
cable crossover
20lbs x 12 x 3
abs & stretching
that's it, that's all for now!
