    Best way to cut belly fat?

    I've been working out for months but my belly fats do not improve lol.

    Help please.

    I'm not an expert by any means, so maybe somebody will chime in with more knowledge. But as how I understand it, it is not possible to "spot reduce". That is, it is not possible to lose fat in specific areas by working out. The only way to lose belly fat is to lose fat in general by going on a diet.

    You need to lose fat all over, by eating at a sustained caloric deficit.

    Read the nutrition section to learn the basics. The only way to lose fat over time is by Having a negative energy balance over days/weeks/months, or until you've lost the goal fat level your trying to attain.

    Spot fat reduction is not a thing.

    keto diet worked for me, no hunger pangs, ended up rail thin.
    because the range of foods is very limited i couldnt eat enough calories, but wasnt feeling hungry

    you cant target fat loss. Eat better, and eat less for an extended period of time. Make sure you are in a caloric deficit

    pretty much sums it up. and diet doesnt just mean healthier foods, its means consuming less calories than you burn in a day
