Hey all, I'm in need of some urgent help/training advice, as my forearms have grown extremely unevenly and look INSANELY imbalanced.
Essentially, my entire forearm is bone-skinny and the only muscle that has grown/pops out is the brachioradialis muscle (pics included). I'm unsure on how to train my forearms. I'm thinking that I should grow the skinny portions of my forearms without targeting the enlarged muscle, to form a balanced forearm, but I'm not sure how to "spot-train" forearms, or if that would even be possible.
Basically, please give me some advice on how to turn my current set of forearms, into a much stronger and aesthetic pair.
Thanks so much 🤙

You really can't control the way your muscles grow and how they look. That is down to genetics.
You can work to grow the whole muscle, however. A good exercise for the forearms is the dumbbell wrist curl or just work them with the biceps doing reverse curls.
If you want to do DB wrist curls, perform them with high reps (like 15-20 rep range).
