I can do the stair master at a pretty slow pace for 20 mins, however when I get off the thing I feel like I’m having a stroke and I’m about to die lol. It feels like I was sprinting for minutes straight. Jogging doesn’t even compare so its hard to call it steady state.
So is it steady state? Or high intensity? Steady high intensity?

Does the stair master qualify as high intensity or steady state cardio?
