    What food can i toss into the blender?

    I’m scrawny as heck. 5’8 140lbs and i hate eating with a passion. Lately ive been making weight gainer smoothie and gained about 5lbs. Will someone recommend differentvtype of food i can liquidise in the blender?
    I’ve tried the followings

    PB
    Evoo
    Bananas
    Oats
    Cottage cheese
    Eggs
    Protein powder

    Since you're looking to be healthy, you should also eat some solid food and not have a diet consisting only of foods that lend themselves to being liquified in a blender. Hating to eat with a passion sounds like it could be a problem.

    I have had this problem as long as i can remember. Probably since birth. Some people just dont have as much an appetite as others.

    Yup. Everyone has different level of appetite. When im hungry, at most, i will eat about 70% of my meal and throw in the towel. Drinking food goes down smoother for me eventhough i get no enjoyment out of it.
