    Blokk Logging RSP QuadraLean

    Big thanks to jpfaherty for hooking me up with a bottle of RSP Quadralean. Although I wasn't asked, since I'm not logging anything right now, decided to log this one.

    Aframomum Melegueta (Paradoxine®) 25 mg **

    It's the 3rd day, since I started using this product. Capsules themselves are pretty small and easy to take. No burping after taking these caps (often get that afte multis)
    Although it says 50 servings, in fact, it's 25 servings, because you have to take 2 servings per day. I take 1 30 min before breakfast and another serving with a pre-workout. So far, I've noticed increased sweating. Other then that, no changes. Current weight - 187 lbs. I've fixed my diet. Something more like keto diet Even started using BPI keto creamer with my coffee. Hope such changes will help me get down to ~175lbs.

    4 more days with quadrafuel. So far, I haven't noticed any side effects. Sweating is really good. I take 1 serving before breakfast and another one before workout. I don't feel any appetite suppression. Weight currently is the same.

    2 more days with quadrafuel. My current weight is around 184 lbs (3 lbs less before I started this log). As before, take 1 serving before breakfast and another one with a pre-workout or before lunch (on non-training days)

    After prolonged use, I'md efinitely noticing appetite suppression. I don't feel hungry when I wake up. Take 3 pills 20-30min before breakfast and on off training day at around 5-6 pm 30 min before my meal.
    As for the weight loss, it went down. It's around 182 lbs, but of course I've also fixed my diet. No sweets and no sugar.
    As for pwo, I don't uise it, since I'm training in the morning. I train in about 2h after my first serving of quadralean, so take another one before my lunch.

    So far, my cutting goes pretty well. Haven't had sweets for quite a long time. current weight is 182 lbs, but the energy and strength have remained the same, if not increased. Sometimes I take my second serving with a pre-workout (if training in the 2nd half of the day) and sweating is huge. So far, I'm loving quadralean.
