    question about supplements

    is it safe to take Co Enzyme Q-10 200mg, Omega 3 fish oil and multivitamins all together at the same time everyday?

    Why not? But if i were you, I would eat for example, CO Enzyme and Omega 3 Fish Oil in breakfast and take multivitamins in lunch!

    just make sure you're reaching 100% of your NRVs when you include your entire daily intake.
    you can go over many (i.e. 500%) provided that specific vitamin is water soluble and thus won't accumulate in the body and you'll basically have expensive pee. The ones you don't want to OD on are the fat soluble ones which will accumulate in your body, possibly leading to toxic shock.
