Best time to take isolate supplements

I’m going to start Syntha 6 isolate. However, I read somewhere that Syntha 6 should not be taken after a workout. Is that true? Can I take it immediately after a workout?

Syntha 6 is mostly protein with some carbs and fats. Yes, you can take it immediately after a workout.

Definitely! Whey protein works well post workout. It has more carbs as compare to other brands. As glycogen stores are depleted therefore body also needs simple carbs to replenish it.

Stop overthinking all this supplement business man. Drink your protein when it's convenient for you. As long as you're meeting your minimum daily requirements, you're good to go.

Unless you depleted all of your glycogen stores during your workout (unlikely) or are working out in a fasted state it is unnecessary to time your protein around your workout provided you meet your daily protein goal.

No it doesn't. Unless you're fasting >24 hours you're fine.

OP, there is no reason to use an isolate unless you're lactose intolerant. Further, there is no reason for the vast majority of people to time their nutrients.

Powdered food is just powdered food that can be used to help meet your macro should you need the help in a given day.

If you need the convenience of powdered food to help meet your macro, pick a protein powder that you like the taste and fits your budget. Use when convenient.
