    Sore before Basketball

I usually play basketball 6-7 to 8-10. The thing is, now I am starting to workout before basketball and I am sore for basketball, making me worse. How can I be less sore, or how can I plan it so that I exercise after basketbalL?

You are asking us how to plan your workouts for after basketball.

    Simple.

    Step one.
    Play basketball.

    Step two.
    Workout

Dont do step two until you do step one first.

make sure you're doing an appropriate workout. What are you training for? Body builder? Athlete? ????? If you're training to be an athlete you really only need to lift 3 days/week.

If you are new to working out and you have an appropriate beginner program then what you're experiencing might be DOMS. This should go away in a few weeks and you should be less sore when playing basketball.
