    Feeling I am not making progress

    Hi there, I am a 17-year-old boy. 3 weeks ago I went on a trip for 6 days and until I went, I had been doing quite well. After I came back from the trip, I tried to work out but after just one set of dumbbell curl, I gave up. I was feeling so lethargic. I tried to do again and again every 3 days but nothing much has changed. So, I am wondering, what causes this? Or is this actually such normal?

    Of course that's okay. I had the same problem. I made a break for one week and than worked as hell, but my trainer wasn't happy about such break, because his another "student" didn't come back after such a break.
