    Supplement Schedule

    Hello,
    I finally got back in the gym this January 2019. So far I've lost 13% body fat which is awesome but now I want to start stacking some muscle up. I am working out 5-6 times a week and doing an active recovery day on Sunday to just get the blood flowing. Super low intensity type stuff.

    I am currently drinking a Protein Shake (Ascent Protein) in the AM on my way to work at about 7 and also another one around 530PM when I finish my workout. also taking a vitamin and Tribulis Testosterone with my lunch. I am looking at going to two-a-days here soon and would like to know when I should take supplements and what to take. I am looking to bulk up and stack muscle. Sure that sounds generic, but I am really just looking for the timeframes at which I should be taking my supplements. Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

    Protein - again, any time of day (not even necessary if you're eating enough protein from food sources)

    Would add fish oil to the list if you aren't getting enough fatty fish in
