    can't lose bodyfat!

So I've been eating really low around 1900 calories per day for a week. i weight 98 kilo and 180cm, for some reason I'm struggling to lose fat like my body is like just not responding to fat loss for example i'v cut in the past and i'v never had to go this low in my life in calories. something is wrong the fat just doesn't come of, i count calories and eat healthy and make sure im in a deficit. plus in that week i eat 1900 calories i don't notice any fat come of after that week has ended.

any support and help would be appreciated thank you.

One week is no where near long enough, be consistent over a few months then come back. Also track weight and calories in a TDEE tracker.

If you do weight lifting, then the muscle mass increase might offset the fat lose and the weight on the scale stays the same.
    Also 1 week is nothing,
And if you have no results, then eat less calories next month.
Also increase your cardio for more results.

Are you also counting all your calories or are you guessing it's around 1900?

How much higher? Do you "count calories" on the weekend?

Are you WEIGHING yourself on a scale, or just looking in the mirror?

Eating "healthy" means what? It's STILL calories in vs calories out.
