Need help with a proven 2 years workout plan for young women

Basically title, I need help with a proven, legit, scientifically proven 2 years workout plan for my girlfriend. Something along the lines of "start with fierce 5, do full body for a year, switch to upper-lower/push-pull, and finally brosplits once you're close to your full genetic potential, adjust calories" for men.

Her current status is 170 cm (5 6 ft), 85 kg ( 187 lbs), 18 years old. In terms of goal, google Nikky Blackketter.

My gut tells me she should not touch weights and stay in caloric deficit for 6-7 months, and build up from there, but I'm not an expert.

    Thanks in advance

lol "scientifically proven". Good luck with that. Have fun keeping your GF in a caloric deficit for 7 months as well.

    OP,

I’m going to assume she is a beginner which means she’d be a good candidate for a novice program for ~12 weeks and then adjust from there. It’s hard to say what program she should be on 6 months or beyond because it’ll all be based on how her body responds to the training.

It would be awesome to say “oh after this do this and then that, etc.” but that’s not always the case for people as what works for one doesn’t always work for another.

My best advice would get her started on something, doing any well thought out novice program to build her experience and see if she really enjoys training. In the meantime, encourage her to research more into proper nutrition, good methods for implementing cardio, and workout programs.

you want her to lose muscle mass and feel ****?

There's no reason she can't run the same programming as any other beginner, and eat towards her[ goals

Check out Bret Contreras Strong Curves program. Should be able to find templates via google search. Its a more female friendly beginner program but still hits all muscles. She should definitely be lifting weights during this process.

The more I read OP's post the creepier it sounds. Like Buffalo Bill from the Silence of the Lambs creepy.
