    Caffeine uses for performance

Caffeine uses for performance are widely accepted. It is very popular stimulant which improves Exercise Performance and decrease Fatigue. But Performance enhancing caffeine benefits are stronger for Non Users ( Who takes lesser than 50 mg per day ). Body adapts to Caffeine over period and same dose gives lesser effect due to tolerance developed. Higher dosing is now required to improve the effect. As dose continues to increase, Caffeine side effects start coming and cause harmful effect on the body like high blood pressure, high blood sugar, sleeplessness etc.

It is therefore advised to cycle off Caffeine uses regularly for a month so that body can’t develop tolerance and even lesser dosage can improve Exercise Performance. Caffeine dose of 3 to 6 mg/kg body weight is quite enough to take maximum benefit.
