    Overhead press rotator cuff

Hey, i have been running fierce 5 and i cant improve on the overhead press due to my shoulder hurting a lot (around the rotator cuff) i used to be able to do 78lbs for 6 but now it hurts to much to do it once. What should i do? My other lifts are improving and i have been getting leaner (cutting)
    Im 16 ,5 8 and 167lbs if that helps

Shoulder mobility exercises. You can google or youtube them.

"Shoulder dislocations" are almost a miracle for my shoulders. For months I had pain in my right shoulder, it felt like the supraspinatus but I never got it diagnosed. I started doing dislocations and within days I felt some improvement.

Many people recommend facepulls with light weight high reps, but I never felt much improvement from those.
    Currently running Madcow:

Alan Thrall has a good video on activating the shoulders before working out - I've been using it with some dumbbell exercises and it's really helped my clicky/painful left shoulder.

Overhead shrugs. Really focus on moving the scapulae through fullest possible ROM.

Facepull is good if you are doing it with external rotation. I also like L-fly.

Could also mean you're not setting up properly for your structure. Could try swapping it out for DB press, and try out neutral grip which will help a lot for those lacking external rotation
