    Powerlifting Program?

Currently looking at starting either nsuns, a 531 variation, sheiko, or a Charles Poliquin routine I found. I'm 21, male, 5'9 about 165 lbs. I've lifted mostly consistently for years but haven't powerlifted much since high school. My all-time maxes are 350/225/405 for squat, bench, deadlift, but I know I'm at least 20lbs weaker on all of those now. I'm terribly indecisive and would love some help in choosing a program. Basically looking to spend this fall/winter getting strong as ****, hopefully stronger than when I was in high school

So you arent neccessarily looking for a powerlifting program as much as a good strength program, it sounds like.

A "real" PL program will have you peaking for a meet thats about 10-12 weeks out.

A good 5/3/1 or even a 5x5 program would do just fine. If youhave the 5/3/1 books just go with those, I would recommend a variation that includes a little more bench press volume.
