    Is my workout routine sufficient?

I've been going to the gym for around 3 months. I have tendon pain in my neck, shoulder and knees. I've been to the doctors but they havn't been much help. I thought of exercising and strengthening the tendons. So my workout routine is:

Monday - Chest, I do around 5-6 exercises
    Tuesday - Biceps/Triceps, 5-6 exercises each
Wednesday - Shoulders, I do 3-4 very lightweight exercises because of tendon pain
Thursday - Back, Around 5-6 exercises
Friday - Legs, Very lightweight 2-3 exercises because of tendon pain
Saturday - Full body cardio plus core exercises

Is this a suitable routine? Are 5-6 exercises enough for a muscle because I don't feel soreness in my back. Am I doing it right to keep it light for shoulder and leg exercises?

My goal is to lose weight and strengthen tendons.

Really? Should I reduce the number of exercises? How is it leading to a shoulder injury?
