Don't mind them, sometimes people on this forum and in this section are critical of new members and accuse them of being a troll just because they ask questions.
I don't know about your other threads, but it depends on how much experience you have. How long you been training? What are your goals? Personally I would just do one lat pull down movement because you have the pull ups too which targets your lats.
Dead lift, I usually like to do those on leg day but personal preference really. Depends on you. Are you training biceps with back too?- Your mindset influences your outcome. It's time to take out phrases like "I can't" or "I don't have time" and replace them with phrases like "I will make the time" and "I will keep working at it until I find a way that works." Success starts with the right mindset and believing in yourself and your dreams.

I don’t know because I haven’t checked out the other threads.
Be that as it may, there’s no reason for the negativity. I mean c’mon. We all here for the same obvious reasons, because we are passionate about health and fitness and want to get better. If someone genuinely has questions and maybe they are just not understanding what people are saying, that’s no reason to accuse the OP of being a troll and start acting like jerk. It happens way too often on here. Sometimes it can be hard to understand what someone is saying over the internet so maybe the OP is just confused. At least have to give them the benefit of the doubt.- Your mindset influences your outcome.
