Question Is my back workout good??

    Deadlifts 3sets 6-8 reps
    Pull-ups 3 sets failure
Seated cable rows 3 sets 8-10 reps
Bent over barbell rows 3 sets 8-10 reps
Wide grip lat pulldown 3 sets 8-10 reps
Close grip lat pull down 3 sets 8-10 reps

My friend follows this routine and I was thinking about doing the same. I want to add mass to the back.

You can repost all you want but you've been given plenty of advice in other threads which you completely ignored. No one wants to bother any more.

In that case, who said I have ignored the advices. Neither I followed the wrong program nor you saw me working out with the correct one.

This is the only post after the chest workout which seemed to have a little problem. I am new to such kind of forums. I thought I would get feedback about my workout routines.

Looks likeyou are only doing about 90 reps or so of lat pulldowns. I would add a lot more lat pulldowns and a lot more variations of lat pulldowns is that seems to be your goal instead of getting stronger or bigger.

    enjoy the cardio.

I would take out the wide grip lat pulldown. you have way too many lats in. So I would improve that workout by taking that exercise out! Less is more.

Don't mind them, sometimes people on this forum and in this section are critical of new members and accuse them of being a troll just because they ask questions.

I don't know about your other threads, but it depends on how much experience you have. How long you been training? What are your goals? Personally I would just do one lat pull down movement because you have the pull ups too which targets your lats.

Dead lift, I usually like to do those on leg day but personal preference really. Depends on you. Are you training biceps with back too?
    - Your mindset influences your outcome. It's time to take out phrases like "I can't" or "I don't have time" and replace them with phrases like "I will make the time" and "I will keep working at it until I find a way that works." Success starts with the right mindset and believing in yourself and your dreams.

To be fair, I don't think hes a troll. Just in many other threads when people ask him questions he completely ignores them and when they make suggestions he ignores them. From what I've gathered hes not looking for advice, just validation.

I would add hyper extension three sets Over any more lat pulldowns, even then you still have worked it in the deadlift.

I don’t know because I haven’t checked out the other threads.

Be that as it may, there’s no reason for the negativity. I mean c’mon. We all here for the same obvious reasons, because we are passionate about health and fitness and want to get better. If someone genuinely has questions and maybe they are just not understanding what people are saying, that’s no reason to accuse the OP of being a troll and start acting like jerk. It happens way too often on here. Sometimes it can be hard to understand what someone is saying over the internet so maybe the OP is just confused. At least have to give them the benefit of the doubt.

That's true...my back is not developing as fast as other muscles. I wanted a good workout routine and that's the same reason I posted it here. Is it good if I have gained 12 pounds in a year.
