    40+ Male need help suppliments

    Hello all, I am a 41 year old male, with about 10 lbs of excess fat. I am working out around 4 times a week some cardio and strength training. My question is what supplements would help me with the fat loss and help tone.

    You don’t need any supplements. Just eat a reasonably healthy diet with a reasonable amount of protein.

    Eat about 500 less calories than you burn and you will lose about 1 lb per week. Working out 4 days lifting weights and cardio is great.

    Not directly related to fat loss but assuming your diet is ok I would really only recommend adding fish oil and vitamin D. There is a whole host of benefits with omega-3/omega-6 which fish oil provides in good quantity and people tend to not get enough vitamin D naturally.
