    Tmj surgery :(

    This is horrible

    Two weeks post

    Lost 10 pounds

    Can’t eat

Texas road house sucked a$$ tonight for date night, had to get dental work because of it too.

    Ugh can’t sleep

    Anyone else had this?

People complain about having a cold and I am like face has been stinging on fire and they messed up and there’s an abscess for over 14 days.

    Antibiotics ruined stomach ugh -.-

What type of surgery did they do exactly? Are you saying that you believe that your arhritis is caused by the TMJ? I have heard of it causing neck/back/foot problems from misalignment.

Fish oil, and turmeric helps with inflammation and pain. Caution with the turmeric, it thins blood.

I followed this^ after abdominal surgery (appendectomy), and I was back to light lifting fast. SRS the Doctor was mind fukked how fast I healed.
its funny you mentioned turmeric because my hubby mentioned the same thing, guess I’ll drink his weird shake tomorrow lol fish oil i might just take even though decades long vegetarian. I really don’t need the weight loss

Vegan fish oil, that is a little harder to find But they do make it, it's called algae, or algal oil. Most people will try flax seed oil, but flax is ALA, and the body does convert ALA into small amounts of EPA and DHA <-the good stuff in fish oil. But the process is inefficient, and in some people it doesn't convert at all.
    ill have to research

    Thank you for the information

I have jaw issues too. My dentist took x-rays and said the surgery wasn't worth it.

    Good luck with your recovery.

Yes, research suggests curcumin may help support a healthy inflammation response. One thing to note is that there are challenges with absorption, and a form that is hydro-soluble absorbs better.

My wife is an RN and deals with patients after jaw surgery. They have some monster syringes they use to feed patients post op.

Do you have a turkey baster and are you blending up stuff? Make some high calorie smoothies.

Fish oil, and turmeric helps with inflammation and pain. Caution with the turmeric, it thins blood.

I followed this^ after abdominal surgery (appendectomy), and I was back to light lifting fast. SRS the Doctor was mind fukked how fast I healed.
I had an appendectomy on Wednesday. Im gonna get some fish oil and turmeric. I'm already taking BCAAS. I was told I couldn't go back to work for 2 weeks (I'm a nurse and light duty isn't available) and was told I couldn't lift during that time either. Will it be okay if I stick to machines or easy cardio like bicycling after a few days?

    Everyone say it is terrible.

    Thumbs up Truth...Serious Pain Relief

I had some 10mg CBD gummies and they actually work better than the narcotics I was sent home on. Plus it works in the shoulder pain associated with laparoscopic procedures. The air get trapped in the belly, pushes on the diaphragm, and agrivates the frenic nerve, causing awful shoulder pain. CBD actually works on "nerve" pain in addition to musculoskeletal pain.

    Listen to your doctor.

If you must do something then walk. At least for the first week or so.

Then if you must get back in the gym watch out on anything that requires core engagement. Effects you in more exercise than you might expect.

Like a bike at the gym? Spin bike will engage the core. Recumbent bike should create very little core engagement.

    Antibiotics ruined stomach ugh -.-
You need a good probiotic when you're on antibiotics. They really mess with your digestive tract. Last thing you need, to go with your abscess, pain and recovery is yeast overgrowth. Take care. Rest up. I know that's easier said than done.

It really doesn't. I've taken the best sourced CBD. I'm convinced its a ****ing troll at this point.
