I have spent a number of years loosely playing around with 'bodybuilding' (I wouldn't consider myself a bodybuilder just yet). I go to the gym 4/5 times a week, cycle, climb and am generally very active whenever I am not working. I have started 16/8 intermittent fasting and I'm really starting to see some definition. I'd like to step it up somewhat but I have no interest in taking 14 different sets of pills throughout the day and/or mixing 17 different drinks and working out which things I need at what time.
What I'd really like is one supplement which contains (in a well balanced dose) protein, creatine, BCAA's, fish oil, glutamine and maybe some other vitamins (if the science is real and it helps) which I can take a couple of times a day without having to think about it.
For information; I already have a fairly good diet that consists mainly of chichen, vegan protein sources, salads, and fruit. I don't eat red meat/pork or very much in the way of vegetables).

A protein powder is going to give you protein, sometimes creatine (products like Nitrotech from MT), BCAAs, trace micronutrients, and glutamine. You don't want fish oil in protein powders OP. Trust me.
Take a quality protein, quality multi, and quality fish oil and you're good to go. Creatine is cheap and easy. Just through a scoop in your protein shake. I think you're really over thinking it. There's no point in supplementing glutamine or BCAAs if you have an adequate protein intake. ~1g/Lb LBM.Supplement a good diet: don't diet on supplements.

Thanks mtpaquette, Ideally I'd be supplementing at work. I am a contractor that commutes away on a motorcycle so taking a weeks worth of protein, a bag of creatine and a bottle of fish oil supplements is more uncomfortable than it might be for some. Looks like that Nitrotech stuff might be what I'm looking for and then just add the fish oil.

Well you don't need to use protein powder. It's just powdered food that you can use to meet your macro if you need the help.
If you want to use creatine, great. If not, don't worry about it. Same with fish oil.
They are all just supplements to your diet and are not requisite. Supplements, if your diet and training are on, make up such a small amount of overall success, you'd likely never know the difference."I'm pretty sure your wrong, but care to elaborate..."

Protein comes from diet. Don't need.
BCAAs come from diet (protein). Don't need.
Fish oil has some mixed research. Not proven.
Creatine is probably the only thing that is proven by tons of studies to be effective and can't be consumed by diet or made in effective quantities by your body, though it does make some, and it is in raw meat. I'd get a tub of creatine and call it good. You're eating salads which is good, there a reason you don't eat much veggies tho?
