    Hi,

Any suggestions for good online bodybuilding or calisthenics programs for beginners at home? Either free or paid.

reddit's bodyweightfitness group has a "Recommended Routine" that is pretty decent. Also you can look into the book, "Convict Conditioning" by Paul Wade.
