    What home gym setup

    Hi folks,

I want to have some more equipment at home, but ofcourse budget is limited

    What I already have:

    - Adjustable dumbbells - Max of 15 kg per dumbbell
    - Barbells - With just 12,5 kg of weights, the barbell itself is pretty flimsy.
    - Elliptical trainer
    - Treadmill

I don't have a bench, squat rack or something like this.

    What would be essential:

Just a barbell with quite some weight?
    A barbell bench?
    A power tower?
Would you really need an incline bench?

    Suggestions are welcome.

Bad time to buy these things second hand. What's your budget? Looking for new or used? How much space do you have?

About: 250 euros, which equals to about 280 dollars. Regarding space....not that much , but big enough to store a barbell bench or squat rack.

    Enough for squatrack or powercage?
Look for something similar to this: http://www.powercage.nl/product.php?...3&aanbod_id=12
Powerrack, Olympic 50mm barbell, 50mm plates and a bench. You can build all the strength you need to build in the first 2 years with this alone. And this equipment will last a lifetime.
Don't buy anything else besides these 4. If you need to buy them separate, I'd go with the bench last. You can overhead press to start building your chess and do some dumbell flies.

Because of your budget, there are 2 options, you are under 18years old or you are from the Netherlands.
Second hand will be very difficult to find anything during the summer at a bargain price, so your budget will be too low.

Based in the Netherlands, training goals are building muscle and strength.
