Thread: Any Tips?

    Any Tips?

    I'm 13 and I've been working out (I do home workouts, I have no equipment) for about 2 years. I did a few crunches and pushups when I first started when I was sorta chubby. I work out 5 days a week, one day I'll do arm workouts, next day ab workouts with cardio in between both sessions. I'm 102 lbs and 5ft 3in in height. In terms of my diet, I don't ALWAYS eat healthy but neither do I eat too much unhealthy foods. Any feedback about my body and anything I can do to improve it?

    You are 13 years old!! Your body is still growing. Keep doing whatever it is you are doing now. There's no harm in enjoying life while you are young. Don't restrict yourself to always having to eat healthy. Just don't become a couch potato and sit around all the time. Your body will grow, just give it time.

    Thanks for replying man. I’ll keep at it and work hard. Even though I’m still young and have time to grow, do you have feedback for the way my body is now?
