I have 17.4 % bf and a 34,5 inch waist. If I were at sub 10 % bf how small could my waist get?
I have a 6.5 inch wrist (pretty tiny) and i have 76 kg (167,5 pounds) and 186 cm ( 6 ft 1 in) height.

I'll answer him anyways. 32 inch waist seems to be what you get at sub 10% body fat for men.

You sound like you may be "skinny fat" with a weight of only 167 lbs and being 6'1" and a 34.5" waist.
Maybe post a photo for advice as to how best to proceed.All it takes is consistency, effort, proper nutrition, good programming, and TIME.

Your waist will shrink about 1" with every 5-7 lbs of fatloss so do the math
