    Low Testosterone

    I am 5’7” and 115 pounds. I have hit puberty 2ish years ago, and I believe I have low testosterone. I have somewhat puffy nipples, not too much morning wood, and my shoulders are thin and my hips are wide. I have some fat on my lower stomach and some fat on my hips and thighs. How can I increase testosterone? I am also skinny fat.

    Well I started getting a small amount of leg hair about age 11. But the actual puberty symptoms for me happened at 12. So I guess 12 is the better answer actually

    THanks, it seems like you actually understand where I am coming from. the only reason I brought up morning wood was to further prove I have low testosterone. I just want to know I will actually have progress if just training and eating right with low T. If I will, than that is all I need.

    I would definitely see a doctor in your opinion, it's better to get it fixed sooner than later but in general, lifting and sleep both increase testosterone, also some elements like zinc.

    You appear to be a perfectly normal 13-year-old. You are untrained and very early in puberty. There is NOTHING I see that makes me think you have high estrogen and low T. (But if you are seriously concerned, see a doctor.)

    Eat good, balanced meals your Mom cooks and stay active. Play sports. Enjoy your teens.

    Thanks. I started training today (calisthenics and some weights) and eating clean food. I also play basketball 2-3 hours each day.

    Is it okay if my workouts are only 30 minutes? And do i need to do any ab exercises because i know target fat reduce is a myth and it doesn’t do anything unless you already have a flat stomach.
    Also, I remembered this. Is 2-3 hours of playing basketball overtraining? I see everywhere that overtraining (>45 minutes) can reduce your testosterone. This would make a ton of sence because I started getting less morning wood during march, andthat is when I started playing basketball for longer periods of time.

    I also am gonna talk to my doctor at the next yearly checkup, I will tell him all my symptoms but not downright tell him that I think I have low T, because he would wonder wherre i figured that out
