    Wink Barn’s Workout Log

    Hello I’m Barn34 and I’m 17 this is my new workout log. After taking a three month break from a UCL tear and elbow fracture it’s time to get back into lifting. My current lifts are 275B, 525D, 405S. The two lifts I want to improve on our my Squat and Bench. I’m 5’7 and currently 158. I’ve lost a bit of weight (12 lb approx) after Lolla and not eating lol. Also I’ve been lifting for a year and a half.

    Back/Bi 8/13

    Deadlift conventional no straps or belt:
    45 x 8

    Sitting Cable row:
    125 x 8
    150 x 8
    180 x 8
    195 x 10

    Pulldowns:
    125 x 8

    Dumbbell row:

    85 x 8
    110 x 8

    Dumbbell Bicep curl: (I always with too much to log, I’m really not going to log biceps mainly just the big 3)
