    Question Help!!! What kind of supplement should I stack.

    Hello my fellow humans, i want to begin taking supplements again to help maximize my growth. Im not exactly sure what to take and if it’s excessive. Here is the current list i have. Just looking for feedback.

    D-Aspartic Acid
    L-Citrulline DL-Malate 2:1
    L-Glutamine
    BCAA Branched Chain
    Beta Alanine
    Creatine
